HB 1276: The West North Avenue Development Authority (WNADA) is working to redevelop West Baltimore’s residential and commercial spaces. Now it's important to activate these public spaces to cultivate and strengthen trust, belonging, and sense of community of its residents. This bill allows WNADA to reprogram existing funds for the purpose of social connection and neighborhood development through resident-led neighborhood activities and events.
